trailer
Mitch (Earl Lynn Nelson) is an outgoing American with a Southern drawl and a bawdy sense of humor. Colin (Paul Eenhorn) is a reserved Australian who loves movies. When they were brothers-in-law, they were close friends. But when Mitch divorced and Colin’s wife died, they drifted apart.
Mitch decides to go on a road trip through Iceland and convinces Colin, who's recently split from his second wife, to come along. In trendy Reykjavik, the two men, both in their sixties, end up at a club, only to discover that everyone there is decades younger. Next they head for the rugged outback, where they soak in hot springs, complain about their sons, reveal their regrets, get lost on the moors and marvel at the country’s otherworldly beauty.
